Architect’s Impression – Changing Rooms @ Páirc na nÓg

We at St Canice’s are constantly striving to further our facilities, our latest innovative is to further develop our premises at Páirc na nÓg, in 2011 we delivered a full sized grass GAA pitch with floodlights, in 2016 we constructed first class parking facilities to alleviate the parking issues on the Garvagh Road and to make it safer for our children and adults of our community. Now in 2019 we have full planning permission and are in the advanced stages of a development plan to build changing rooms at Páirc na nÓg, this will include 2 changing rooms, showers, toilets, referees room and a small plant and storage room.

Páirc na nÓg is pivotal to our community as the only floodlight grass pitch we have to avail of. All our local clubs (Kevin Lynch Hurling, St Patricks Camogie and St Canices Ladies GFC) use it multiple times each on a weekly basis. 80% of sessions on the field are for Youth Teams.

This Gala will act as the main benefactor for the club to generate the capital funds required to develop these facilities.
