U6 No training until Thurs 25th August
U8 Training as normal Thursday at Irish School 7-8.U8s traveled to Swatragh on Sunday and played Lavey,They all played brilliantly.
U10 Training Thursday 7-8 in Owenbeg. Tournament in Buncrana on Saturday 20th August. Final Go Games of the season on Sunday 21st Aug.Venue to be confirmed.
U12 Training as normal Thursday night 7-8.Primary School. Trip to Croke Park on Tuesday. Meet at Club 9.45. Players already have a full itinerary.
U14 Thursday 7pm – 8pm Páirc na nÓg.
On Tues 16th our U14s will play Bellaghy at 7:15pm – venue TBA.
U16 No Trainig on Tuesday night.
A great and fully deserved result for St Canice’s U16s tonight as they beat Lavey 3-10 Lavey 2-07 in the Championship. Very well done to the players and management.
The team received brilliant support from a large crowd who travelled over to Swatragh – thanks to all who made the effort to get there…..makes all the difference.
Next week is a busy championship week for St Canice’s and we’d encourage everyone to get behind all our teams.

We would ask everyone to support us in our Lucky Dip draw in aid of Páirc na nÓg Car Park & Changing Facility – choose your tickets carefully though, as the price of your ticket is based on the serial number in those sealed envelopes – there are 2,000 tickets, all with a unique price, priced from £0.01 to £20.00. Whatever the price of your ticket, you stand a chance of winning the £3,000 top prize on 18th September, with 5 other prizes from £1,000 to £100. Saturday 10th Sept 2016. Fundraiser in Aid of coronary care in Altnagelvin and ICU CC Royal Hospital.
Tickets are now released for the night time events which will include the legendary band “All Folk’d Up” and our auction which includes sports and GAA memorabilia, tickets and other various exciting items. A raffle which the local business have already donated items. The tickets are limited to 300 due to the size of the venue.
