The week that was:
Our U14 Féile campaign got back on track with a great set of results in Kilrea on Sunday morning. Two terrific performances involving all of our player-squad saw us beat both the hosts (4-06 to 0-04) and Ballinascreen (8-06 to 0-01) very comfortably. Well done lads.
Our Minors had a very comfortable 4-30 to 1-01 win in their first competitive outing of the year on Sunday, away to Doire Trasna in the Carlin Duffy Cup.
Club membership is now due. Membership for 2016 is a very reasonable £20 per adult, £30 for an adult couple, £10 for students and OAPs, and £5 for underage (max £10 per Underage family). All players must be members, but we’d encourage anyone else who isn’t a member yet to consider joining. Working together, a larger and more active membership will build a better Club for us all. To make it even more convenient membership can now be purchased online at http://www.dungivengac.com/membership-online/ – just click the “sign up now” link.
This week’s Lotto numbers were 11 – 16 – 19 – 28.
No jackpot winner – 3 x £20 winners:
- Conal McReynolds
- Nickey Newland
- Bernie Heaney
Thanks to those of you who support our Lotto every week, and thanks to all our collectors and helpers. This is a key fundraising initiative for our Club and we need you to keep playing to avoid us having to sell tickets and run draws.
Last Man Standing:
All 13 players who were still alive going into the weekend’s fixtures have come through successfully and live to fight another day. Well done and good luck next week.

Appeals for support:
We would like to form a Ladies Committee to help with occasional events during the year. As with everything, the more people who commit to helping out, the less each person will have to do. Can anyone who’d be willing to make a small commitment to helping the club please give your name to Claire Hasson by texting/calling 077 1414 6103. Thank you.
