We have been made aware that there may be some confusion over the dress code for the upcoming Gala Dinner – sorry about that!
Whilst the last dinner in 2008 was a Black-Tie & Formal Dress affair, this year’s event will be a bit more relaxed.
It’s a special and celebratory night so we still want people to make an effort, but it is not a Black Tie / Formal occasion.
Preferred dress-code is the potentially confusing “Smart/Casual”
Ladies will know exactly what this means for themselves, but for men like me who won’t, this means either Suit, Dressy Trousers or Chino’s and a shirt (with/without tie) – no jeans and T-Shirts please.
Anyone who still wants to book a table, take seats, or reserve places on the free buses to/from the Hotel, there’s still time to do so.
