If you are currently unemployed and interested in gaining a qualification this might be for you!
Derry GAA in association with Ulster Council are going to run a level 1 dual course in June from 23rd to 27th in Owenbeg.

The course will be free of charge but participants must be available 10am to 3pm Monday to Friday.
Places are limited so please register as soon as possible.
Youth Notes
Only two matches for our underage teams this week. On Monday the minors had another great win, beating Steelstown 1.11 – 0.7. Then on Tuesday the U14a team drew at Bellaghy, 1.12 – 2.9.
No matches this week.
The 2014 Summer Camp runs from 14-18 July, registration is this Wednesday at 8pm. Details can be found on both the club website and the Facebook page.
Senior Football
Our Senior Footballs were at home to Glenullin on Sunday afternoon in the league and took both points.

St Canice’s Reserves also had another good win against Glenullin Reserves 4.09 – 1.11

Important – the wearing of gum-shields is now mandatory for all GAA players – the club will insist that players wear gum-shields during all football training sessions and matches – failure to do so may result in players not being allowed to train/play. Gum shields for U6 & U8 players will be available for purchase before training – the club shop also stocks gum-shields.

Finvola Festival 2014
As part of The Finvola Festival 2014 there will be an Senior Citizen Supper and Dance Evening on Tuesday 24th June 2014 with Music by The Two of Us! Anyone wishing to attend please give your name to Clare Hasson on 07714 146103.
